Our Company has certain rules and we try to adhere by the rules to make your journey or travel free from any hassles. We expect our guest to abide by these policies for mutual benefit.  Salient features of our policies are given below

Packages are subjected to availability and prior reservation

It is mandatory for the guest to produce the booking voucher

Accommodation will be provided on sharing basis as agreed upon

Children below 5 Years are complementary

Transportation mode is as per the guest family / group size

Package does not include any expenses of personal nature like laundry, telephone, alcoholic, non alcoholic beverages, etc

All entry fees, camera or any such fees will be borne by guest

We are not responsible for Bandhs, political disturbances, natural calamities. We try our best to guide and help our guest in such situations. The cost thus incurred will have to be paid in actual.

Diversion due to landslides etc are to be paid in actual and we will try to extend all possible means

In case of extension or detention beyond the agreed package tour, the guest has to bear the cost in actual

50 % advance in cash / Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Travel Service Agency has to be deposited to book the tour. The rest amount has to be paid prior to commencement of tour.

Cancellations after confirmation will attract a penalty of 50% of the total package cost.

All settlements are under the Jurisdiction of Siliguri, District – Darjeeling, West Bengal, India

Rates are subjected to change due to various reasons like hike in fuel price, taxes, etc  if any, are to be taken into considerations
