Tourist Services Agency organize packages, tickets (Airways, Railways) tours, treks, event management, specialized packages, etc. The packages are planned as per the requirement of guest and the operational ease or comfort. A package includes receiving guest at respective Railway Station / Airport / Bus Terminus to see off at respective Railway Station / Airport / Bus Terminus. Like for Tour to Sikkim, Darjeeling, Dooars, Nepal or Bhutan guest are received at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus (Junction). We book hotels at subsidized rate through our packages as we have such contract with most of the hotels of the region. Only hotel rooms or only vehicle i.e. component booked are generally costlier then package cost.
We have separate sections promotional offers for adventure tour, special tour, home stay, ticketing, etc as per the seasonal changes. We request our guest to believe on us and promised will be delivered and feel the difference. Tourist Service Agency promises to make your stay pleasant, entertaining and memorable. Our operations are designed for the comfort of the guest.
There are two options on packages i.e. tailor - made packages and fixed packages. The component of packages includes Railway ticket, Air ticket, Bus ticket, Vehicle on hire, Transfer from destinations, Airport or Station drop services along with pick up from airport or station, hotel reservation, room reservation, vehicle booking, guide arrangement, permit for vehicle, permit for family for visiting special area, etc. Paperwork, permission, Inner Line Permit (ILP) or paper or permission for visiting Nepal or Bhutan is also handled by us. We also look after other tourism related products like home stay, off beat places and locations, camping, educational tour, rafting, birding, cultural tour, angling, festival tour, etc. Vehicle permit, Road permit to Bhutan or Nepal etc are some of the component of packages and are also looked after by us at no extra cost. Our ultimate intention is to deliver promises or packages to our esteem guest.
